Viewing clips in the Flash Player requires Flash 8.

When I Click To Play A Video, The Page Just Refreshes. What Should I Do?
You may need to clear your cache. This is very simple.

For Internet Explorer users

1. Select Tools
2. Click Internet Options
3. Click General Tab
4. Click Delete Files
5. Pop up window opens asking to delete all files in the Temporary Internet File
6. Click OK to close Pop up window
7. Click OK to close Internet Options
8. Refresh Browser

For Firefox users

1. Select Tools
2. Click Options
3. Click Privacy Tab
4. Click Cache Tab
5. Click Clear Cache Now
6. Click OK to close Options
7. Refresh Browser

For AOL users

1. Click Settings
2. Select Index Tab
3. Click Web [Internet] Options
4. Select Clear My Footprints Tab
5. Click Clear My Footprints
6. Click Yes in popup
7. Click Save
8. Refresh Browser

I Cannot View Videos On The Site. Am I Doing Something Wrong?
Make sure that you have the latest version of Windows Media Player from Microsoft.
To check which version you have:

1. Open Windows Media Player
2. Click Help
3. Select About Windows Media Player

Internet Explorer: I Can't View The Embedded Player.
There are two things to check for

1) Enable Internet Explorer to play videos in web pages.

1. Click Internet Options
2. Click Advanced Tab
3. Check Enable video in web pages
4. Click OK

2) Allow Internet Explorer to download ActiveX controls
1. Click Internet Options
2. Click Security Tab
3. Adjust Security Level Slide Bar to Medium or lower
4. Click OK
   
   
I Have An Older Mac. What Should I Do? There are two things you can do.

1. First try installing flip4mac
2. Second, check this page from Apple Info

The Video Begins Playing, But Then Stops Part Way Through. What Do I Do?
Your connection speed might not be fast enough. Just give it a little while to download the movie. It will continue automatically or you can just press play.


My Screen Is Black (Or Green) But I Can Hear The Audio. How Do I Fix This?
You may need to change your Video Acceleration

For PC users

1. Right click in the Embedded Media Player
2. Click Options
3. Click Performance Tab
4. Move Video Acceleration Slide Bar from Full to Middle or None
                                                                                a. If the Video Acceleration Slide Bar is locked, click Restore Defaults


The Video Is Playing But I Can't Hear The Sound. What Should I Do?
First, make sure your speakers or headphones are plugged in. Then check your audio settings. If that doesn't work, Send us the title of the content and who posted it.
